"Helpful tech support, got what I needed"
I wasn’t totally sure the part would fit, so I reached out to their tech support. The guy got back to me with a clear answer and kept me from playing the guessing game, which I appreciated. The first reply could’ve come a little sooner, but once they answered, it was smooth from there.

I ordered parts for my Ram and was relieved when everything lined up the way it should. No trimming, no forcing bolts, no guessing why holes didn’t match up. The fit was right on, and it made the whole install feel a lot less stressful than I expected. It’s one of those little things that reminds you how much easier a project gets when the parts are actually made right...

"Arrived faster than expected, thankfully"
It actually showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was nice. I’ll admit I was getting a bit frustrated waiting and checking for updates, so I was relieved when it finally arrived.

"Truck rides a lot better now"
I put these parts on my truck the ride feels noticeably smoother, especially when I’m on rougher roads. It’s still a bit firm here and there, so reading between the lines, don’t expect it to turn your truck into a luxury car, but compared to stock it’s a big improvement. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real complaints. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Solid parts and a good fit"
I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but once I had the parts in hand I was like, okay, these actually feel solid. Everything fit the way it should, which is always a relief because nobody wants to deal with that “why is this not lining up?” moment. Overall, good quality and no complaints.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. The replies were slow, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much. it made me a bit hesitant to trust them if I ever run into a bigger issue.

"Worth it, and I’m not even questioning it"
I ordered some parts from Thuren Fabrication for my truck, and I’m telling you right now, this stuff is legit. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, no chance, but once I had the parts in my hands it was obvious where the money went. Everything felt solid, fitment was right on, and nothing had that flimsy cheap-parts vibe at all. Shipping was fine, though I absolutely would’ve loved it a little faster. Still, for what you’re getting, I’d 100% call it a solid buy. Just know going in that you’re paying more than the basic stuff, but in my opinion, it’s worth it.

"Handling improved, but I’m not totally convinced yet"
After putting the parts on, the truck does handle a bit better and doesn’t wander as much over bumps. The install wasn’t too bad either. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, and I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I see how they hold up over time

I expected the install to be more of a hassle, but everything lined up well and went smoother than I figured it would. I kept thinking I was missing a step or doing something wrong, but nope, it actually took less time than I expected.
